The question we get most from remote workers is about the internet. So: 200 Mbps fibre, symmetrical upload and download, hasn't gone down once in three years of hosting. We run a speed test every month.
The desk setup
Every apartment has a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, a wide desk, and a monitor connection on request. The living room table also works if you prefer to spread out. The kitchen is a proper kitchen, which matters for long stays — being able to cook is the difference between a tolerable month and a good one.
The neighbourhood rhythm
Şişli is a working neighbourhood. The coffee shops open at 07:30, the streets are quiet before 09:00, and there is a good lunch crowd noon–14:00. The evenings are lively without being loud. It is easy to work here.
Long-stay rates
For stays of 14+ nights, we offer 15% off the nightly rate. For 30+ nights, 25% off. We also provide a service agreement and VAT invoicing for corporate guests. Message us with your dates and we'll put together a proposal within the hour.
