What is your cancellation policy?

Direct bookings include free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Inside 72 hours, we hold the first night and refund the rest. Long stays (7+ nights) and the Şişli apartments have a 7-day free cancellation window. Always message us — we're flexible for genuine circumstances.

Do you accept card payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Visa, Mastercard, and Amex are all accepted. We also accept cash (TRY, EUR, GBP, USD) on arrival. There is no deposit required for direct bookings, and no platform fees.

Is there a deposit?

Accepted Answer

For Bomonti suites, no deposit is required. For Şişli apartments (which are larger and longer stays), we ask for a 30% deposit at confirmation to secure the apartment for your dates.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes — we issue a proper VAT invoice for all stays. This includes Turkish KDV receipts for corporate guests who need to expense the stay. Let us know at booking and we'll prepare everything.

What is the difference between Bomonti and Şişli?

Hexa Suites Bomonti is a 25-suite boutique hotel — nightly stays, daily housekeeping, a rooftop and sauna, ideal for couples and short breaks. Hexa Apartments Şişli is a separate building of large 3-bedroom serviced apartments with full kitchens, a 3-night minimum, best for families and longer stays. Both are run by the same family team, eight minutes apart on foot.

Is there food nearby?

There is a Migros supermarket 90 seconds from Hexa Apartments Şişli and a bakery on the same street as Bomonti. Both properties have well-equipped kitchens. The Bomontiada complex — a converted brewery with cafes, restaurants, and a market — is a five-minute walk from Hexa Bomonti.

What is the room size?

Bomonti suites range from 28 m² (Classic Suite) to 42 m² (VIP Roof Studio). Şişli apartments start at 70 m² (One Bedroom) and go up to 150 m² (Three Bedroom Grand and Penthouse). All sizes are true floor area — we don't include terrace or balcony in the count.

Is there a minimum stay?

At Bomonti, 1-night stays are welcome. At Şişli, the minimum is 3 nights — though we can sometimes accommodate shorter stays by arrangement, message us to ask.

Do you have suites with a terrace?

Yes — the Rooftop Studio (Bomonti) has a west-facing private terrace, and the VIP Roof Studio has a wrap-around terrace. The Penthouse Residence at Şişli has a 40 m² private terrace. All have views across Şişli to the Sea of Marmara on a clear day.

Is there WiFi?

Yes — 120 Mbps at Bomonti and 200 Mbps fibre at Şişli. Both cover the entire property including rooftop and common areas. We know remote workers need reliable internet — it has never gone down.

Is there a gym?

Bomonti has a Finnish sauna booked by the hour at no extra charge. We don't have an on-site gym, but we can point you to a very good local gym two minutes away (approx. €5/day for guests). Macka Park is a 12-minute walk for a morning run.

Do you have parking?

Both buildings have a secure paid garage within a 2-minute walk (around €12/day). Let us know when you book and we will reserve a space — spaces fill up on weekends.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we arrange private transfers from both IST (new Istanbul airport) and SAW (Sabiha Gökçen). Booked directly with us, paid in cash or by card at the property. We will be tracking your flight, so if it is delayed we will be too.

Do you have a concierge service?

Yes. The team at Bomonti handles restaurant reservations, tours, taxis, and any local request. For Şişli apartments we are a WhatsApp message away — we know the neighbourhood well.

How far is the metro?

Hexa Suites Bomonti is a 5-minute walk from Bomonti metro station (M2 line). Hexa Apartments Şişli is a 3-minute walk from Şişli–Mecidiyeköy metro station (also M2). The M2 line connects directly to the airport metro line.

How do I get from the airport?

IST (new Istanbul airport): 35 minutes by car, or take the airport metro to Gayrettepe and then two stops to Şişli. Total metro journey: around 45–55 minutes. SAW (Sabiha Gökçen): 50–55 minutes by car. We offer flat-rate transfers for both — message us to arrange.

How far is Taksim?

Bomonti is a 15-minute walk or 2 metro stops from Taksim Square. Şişli is 18 minutes on foot or a direct metro ride. Both are well within walking distance for an evening out.

How far is Nişantaşı?

Nişantaşı (Istanbul's designer shopping district) is 10–14 minutes on foot from both properties. It is one of our most-asked walking routes — we have a map we share with guests on arrival.

Is the area safe?

Şişli and Bomonti are central, busy, residential districts — among the safest areas for tourists in Istanbul. Both neighbourhoods have active street life well into the night. We have never had a guest report a safety issue in six years.

Do you offer long-stay discounts?

Yes — at Hexa Apartments Şişli: −10% from 15 nights and −25% from 28 nights. At Bomonti, we offer negotiated rates for stays of 7+ nights — message us with your dates.

Can I work remotely from the apartments?

Accepted Answer

The Şişli apartments are designed for it — 200 Mbps fibre, a proper desk with an ergonomic chair, and a quiet residential street. We host remote workers from 1 week to 3 months. Fast internet, full kitchen, and laundry in every apartment.

Can companies book for relocated employees?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we work with companies placing employees in Istanbul on assignment. We issue proper VAT invoices, can arrange flexible check-in/check-out, and will be a local contact for the employee during their stay.

What is the maximum stay length?

Accepted Answer

We have no maximum. Our longest-staying guest was with us for 4 months. For stays over 30 nights, we agree a monthly rate directly and provide a service agreement. Message us for long-stay terms.
